In 1992, Patricia became licensed as a Sales Associate affiliated with Century 21 Bradley Realty, Inc.

One year later, she received her Broker’s license and then continued to study her trade obtaining her Indiana Real Estate Instructing credentials in 1995. She taught pre-licensing courses at the Troyer Real Estate Career School while actively working with buyers and sellers in the Fort Wayne market.

In 2005, Patricia became a member of the Northeastern Indiana Association of Realtors and has been named managing broker of Century 21 Bradley, Inc.’s office in Angola, Indiana. Patricia first became familiar with the term real estate at the tender age of three when her father entered the industry. He was a former broker/owner of a Century 21 franchise, worked as an area appraiser, and served as a past president of the Fort Wayne Board of Realtors. Though now retired, he continues to be an excellent role model and mentor while her younger brother carries on the family appraisal business.
